Our hospital has implemented a Pre-Admission Management Model to optimize surgical preparation and bed allocation. The process is as follows:

　　Outpatient Pre-Admission Phase

　　Surgical patients complete all required pre-operative tests and examinations during outpatient visits.

　　Formal Admission Based on Bed Availability

　　Patients are formally admitted to the hospital only after bed allocation is confirmed.

　　Cost Coverage

　　All tests and examinations conducted during the pre-admission phase will be included inreimbursement of Hospitalization Expenses.

　　Eligibility:

　　Currently applicable only to patients covered by Shenzhen Medical Insurance.
